
4-Line Tuning
If the brake lines are too loose or too tight, your kite will not fly correctly. Make sure your four flying lines are all the same length. Refer to the 'Line adjustment' tutorial to learn how to shorten lines.

Brake Lines Too Lose
If the brake lines are too loose the following may occur:
- Lack of brake control
- Inability to reverse kite
Brake lines a little loose
If the brake lines are a little loose the following may occur:
- Good control
- Kite climbs fast
- Less responsive brake movements
Brake lines nearly tight
If the brake lines are nearly tight the following may occur:
- Good control
- Kite may hesitate to climb in light winds
- Brakes responsive to small control movement
Brake lines too tight
If the brake lines are too tight the following may occur:
- Kite stalls or lags
- Difficulty in launching
- Difficulty in climbing to top of wind window
