Delivery And Shipping
We can ship products to the UK, USA and Europe. If your country appears in the dropdown list when you create an account we can ship to you. If your country does not appear in the dropdown list we are unable to ship to you at this time. In this instance, please visit the “Retailers” section on our website to see if there is a retailer near you.
UK orders:
Orders within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post up to 1kg. Orders over 1kg will be sent via UPS Standard Service.
European orders:
Orders within Europe will be sent via Small Packet Airmail Post up to 1kg. Orders over 1kg will be sent via UPS Standard Service.
USA orders:
Orders within the USA will be sent via Small Packet Airmail Post up to 1kg. Orders over 1kg will be sent via FedEx International Priority Service. All duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.
Orders sent via UPS or FedEx will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
Import Duties
It is very important to note that a shipment may incur Import Duties or taxes if delivery is made outside of the EU Member States. Flexifoil.com is not responsible for such duties or taxes and these must be paid by the customer. Should the customer not agree to pay this Duty upon delivery and reject the consignment, please be aware that although we will happily refund the cost of goods, we will not refund the cost of International shipping charges either back to or from Flexifoil.
Tax
The tax applied to orders placed from this store is subject to UK VAT Standard Rate (17.5%). This sales tax is automatically added during the order process. Countries outside of the UK and the EC are exempt from UK sales tax.
General
Flexifoil.com will endeavour to despatch your order within five working days (Mon-Fri) of it being placed, subject to stock levels. Should a product be unavailable or out of stock, we may ask you if a replacement product with the same value would be acceptable. You may accept or reject this offer. If we are unable to contact you, we may decide to ship the replacement item to you with a written explanation. Should this not be acceptable, you may return the item(s) for a full refund including all shipping costs.
Prior to shipping, we reserve the right to decline, reject or similarly cancel any order or part order without notice and refund any payment in full.
All prices are correct at time of publication. Flexifoil.com reserves the right to change, alter or amend any price at any time without notice. Should a product price decrease following your purchase, contractually we are not obligated to refund the difference. Similarly, should an increase occur prior to your purchase, we are not obligated to sell at the previous lower price.
Product Returns
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your purchase from Flexifoil.com. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Your right to cancel
You have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving it. If you return the product in its original condition (unused) including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return shipping of the goods.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied product
If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will refund you the cost of the product and also pay you the cost of the return shipping. You must return the faulty product within 28 days of receiving it.
In all cases, please follow the returns procedure outlined below in “How to return a product”.
How to return a product
To return an item please email helpdesk@flexifoil.com quoting your “Basket Number” or “Flexifoil DB ref” (found in your Order Confirmation email). You will then be issued with a returns number. The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you send back to us. If the returns number is not clearly marked on the outside of the package, the return will not be accepted. You should return your order in its original condition, to the address below. You will be responsible for the item or items until they are delivered to the address below. For your own protection, we suggest you adequately pack and insure the goods against loss or damage in transit and use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

If you do not want us to keep your personal information

If you are making a purchase for the first time, you need to create an account. You can do this from the right hand side menu bar on any of the product pages. You will need to supply your email address and create your own password. Please make a note of these for future visits to the site.
If you have purchased before, simply log in with your username and password. You can login from the right hand side menu bar on any of the product pages. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “forgotten your password?” on the right hand side menu bar and we will email you a new password to the email address you registered with us.
You can then browse our catalogue online, click on any item for further information and if you want to buy it, click on “Add”. Once you have finished your selections, click on "View Basket" to view your purchases and then click on “proceed to checkout” to complete your purchase. If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to log in.
There are four stages to the buying process: basket – login – payment and shipping – complete order.
During payment and shipping, you will be asked for all the details that we need in order to process your order. Many of these details are mandatory. You can read more about how we handle your personal information under the heading How We Protect Your Data.
We are sorry but we cannot currently accept orders by telephone, fax or email.
Methods of Payment
We accept payment by Switch, Delta, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and Mastercard. We are sorry, but we cannot accept American Express, Diners Club, cash or cheques. Please note that no order will be dispatched for shipping until payment is verified.

Stock Availability
If a product is marked 'Out of Stock', stock of this product will be replenished as soon as possible. Also, if you cannot find the product you are looking for in the product drop down menus, this product is likely to be out of stock and will be replenished as soon as possible. If stock of a particular product is not to be replenished, the product will be removed from the website entirely.
